AI Hairstyle operates the Service at hairstylechargeai.com. We help you preview hairstyles and hair colors on a photo you upload.

Questions about this Policy, or requests to access or delete your data, can be sent to support@hairstylechargeai.com.

You can browse the studio without an account. Generating a preview requires signing in. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account details Google shares with us.

• Photos you upload, after your browser resizes them and strips location metadata.
• Your choices in the studio, such as female or male styles, hairstyle, and hair color.
• Generated preview images created from your photo.
• Technical request data from our host, which can include IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps.
• Website usage and interaction data collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device information, and session replays.
• The content of emails you send to support@hairstylechargeai.com, if you contact us — including a report you send us about content or an account that breaks our content standards.
• If you sign in with Google: your Google account name, email address, and profile photo, plus a session cookie so you stay signed in.
• If you buy credits: the plan you chose, payment status, and a merchant order identifier from our payment processor. Card numbers are handled by Waffo, not stored on our servers.

We use this information to:

• Generate hairstyle and hair-color previews you request.
• Store uploads and results so we can operate the Service for you.
• Keep the Service working, secure, and protected against abuse.
• Review reports of prohibited content, and enforce the content standards in our Terms of Service. This can mean a person on our team opening the uploads and results attached to a reported or flagged account.
• Respond if you email us.
• Keep you signed in if you choose Google sign-in.
• Fulfill credit purchases after payment confirmation.

Your photo is used to create a hairstyle preview. We do not use your photos to train AI models, build a face-recognition system, verify your identity, or sell a profile of you.

To generate a result, we send a copy of the processed photo and your style or color choices to the AI model that produces the preview. Today that model is OpenAI GPT Image 2 (image editing), from OpenAI, which we reach through the AI infrastructure provider that hosts it for us. They receive this data only to create your preview. The model's name is shown in the studio next to the generate button, and we will update it here if we change models.

That model applies its own safety filters to every request, which means the prompt and image are checked against the provider's content rules before a result is returned. A request that trips those filters fails and returns no image. We can see that a request was refused, and repeated refusals may lead us to review the account under our Terms of Service.

Generated images are previews. They are not a medical or professional hairdressing record.

Uploaded photos and generated results are stored privately on our systems so we can operate the Service. They are not deleted automatically after 24 hours.

You can ask us to delete a photo or generated look by emailing support@hairstylechargeai.com. We will delete it from our systems unless we must keep a limited copy for security, abuse prevention, or the law.

Our generation provider may keep a processing copy according to its own terms. We do not sell your photos.

We share information only as needed to run the Service or as required by law.

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website, the D1 database, and related infrastructure.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which help us understand site traffic, usage, and interactions so we can improve the Service.
• Google, if you sign in, to complete OAuth and create your account.
• OpenAI, which provides OpenAI GPT Image 2, and the AI infrastructure provider we reach it through, to generate your preview.
• Waffo Pancake, which processes checkout as merchant of record when you buy credits.
• Professional advisers or authorities if we must disclose information to comply with law, enforce these terms, or protect rights and safety.
• A buyer or successor if we transfer the Service in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site traffic and how visitors interact with the Service. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage and device information. We do not use this information to sell your photos or build a face-recognition profile.

If you sign in, we set a strictly necessary session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) so we can recognize you. Our host may also use cookies needed to deliver pages and keep the Service secure. You can block cookies in your browser. Sign-in will not work if you block the session cookie.

You can browse styles without creating an account. Generating a look requires signing in. If you sign in with Google, you can sign out from the site header. To delete your account and the Google profile data we stored, email support@hairstylechargeai.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal data we hold, or to object to certain processing. Email support@hairstylechargeai.com and tell us what you need. We may ask you for enough information to find the relevant files, such as an approximate time you used the tool or a copy of the image.

If we cannot identify your data (for example, because you did not give us an email and we only have an image), we will tell you what we need in order to help.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has uploaded a photo, email support@hairstylechargeai.com and we will delete it.

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those places may have different data-protection laws than your own. We share photos with providers only to generate the preview you requested or to host the Service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect photos and generated images, including private storage and stripping location metadata in your browser before upload. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page.
