Terms of Service

AI Hairstyle is a browser-based tool that lets you upload a photo and preview new hairstyles and hair colors on your own face. The Service runs online. There is nothing to download or install.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for how you use the Service, including the photos you upload and the previews you generate or share.

You can browse styles and examples, upload a photo, and choose a hairstyle, a hair color, or both without paying. Generating a preview requires signing in. New accounts receive 10 credits, enough for one generation. Additional generations cost 10 credits each, purchased as monthly, yearly, or one-time plans.

Results are AI-generated previews for entertainment and personal styling decisions. They are not professional hairdressing advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of how a real haircut or dye job will look.

Every preview is produced by OpenAI GPT Image 2 (image editing). That is the model we use today, and its name is shown in the studio next to the generate button. If we switch to a different model, we will update the name here, in our Privacy Policy, and in the studio.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, including which AI model generates results, style catalogs, processing times, and whether an account is required.

Browsing the site is free. New accounts receive 10 credits when you sign in. After that, you buy credits on the pricing page — monthly, yearly (50% off), or one-time packs. Prices are shown before you pay.

We may rate-limit, queue, or refuse generation to protect the Service, control cost, or stop abuse.

• Browsing styles and examples is free.
• Sign in to generate. New accounts get 10 credits (one look). Each look costs 10 credits.
• More looks require purchased credits.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. One-time packs, monthly subscriptions, and the first monthly allocation of a yearly subscription are added as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment succeeded, normally within seconds.

One-time packs are a single charge for a fixed number of credits. They do not renew: nothing further is charged unless you buy again, and we do not keep a recurring billing arrangement for them. Credits bought in a one-time pack do not expire for as long as your account is open and in good standing.

Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically — monthly plans each month, yearly plans each year — at the then-current price for that plan, using your payment method on file, until you cancel. Monthly-plan credits are added after each successful monthly payment. Yearly plans are charged once per year, but their credits are released in 12 monthly allocations: the first after payment and the remaining allocations one month at a time during the paid annual term.

You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@hairstylechargeai.com or using the subscription management link in your Waffo Pancake receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep the credits already granted for that period, and you are not charged again after it ends.

We may change our prices. A new price applies to a subscription only from its next renewal, and we will tell you before that renewal so you can cancel if you do not want to continue.

Refunds: all purchases are final. Because credits that are due can be used straight away, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellation of a completed payment — including for an unused or partly used credit balance, for a subscription period you chose not to use, or for a change of mind after buying. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live. If such a right applies to you, email support@hairstylechargeai.com and we will honor it.

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account and hold unused credits while the dispute is open. Please email us first — most billing problems are faster to fix directly.

The exceptions to the no-refund rule, where we will always put things right, are:

• A generation that we confirm did not complete: the credits for it are returned to your balance.
• A payment that succeeded but whose credits never reached your account: contact us and we will add the credits or reverse the charge.
• A duplicate charge, or a charge caused by a clear error on our side.

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you, including sending images to our AI processing providers to generate results.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the photo (for example, it is of you, or you have permission from the people shown), and that your upload does not infringe others' rights or violate the law.

Uploaded photos and generated results are stored privately so we can operate the Service. We do not use your photos to train AI models and do not sell them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Hairstyle has one purpose: previewing hairstyles and hair colors on a photo of a real person who agreed to be in it. The six categories below are prohibited outright. They apply to what you upload, to what you ask us to generate, to the results we return, and to what you then download or share. Prohibited means not allowed at all — not allowed with a warning, a disclaimer, or a private setting.

• Sexual and NSFW content. No nudity, exposed genitals or nipples, sexual acts, sexualized posing, fetish material, or lingerie and swimwear presented sexually. Do not upload such a photo, and do not ask us to turn an ordinary photo into one — including undressing, revealing, or sexualizing the person shown.
• Violence and gore. No wounds, blood, mutilation, corpses, self-harm, weapons aimed at a person, or threats of violence, and no result that makes a real person look injured, beaten, or dead.
• Hate speech. No content that attacks, dehumanizes, mocks, or promotes exclusion of or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or serious illness. This covers hate symbols, slurs, and extremist or terrorist propaganda, whether in an image you upload or in text you send us.
• Content unsafe for children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Never upload a sexualized image of a person under 18, and never ask for a result that sexualizes, undresses, or otherwise endangers a minor. Do not upload a photo of a child unless you are their parent or guardian. CSAM is illegal: we remove it immediately, terminate the account without notice, preserve the evidence, and report it to law enforcement and to NCMEC or the equivalent authority where the law requires.
• Deepfakes and impersonation. Do not upload a photo of a celebrity, public figure, or any other identifiable person without their consent, and do not use a result to impersonate someone, imply their endorsement, build a fake identity or profile, or pass an AI-edited image off as an authentic photograph where that would mislead — news, evidence, journalism, identity verification, dating profiles, or fraud of any kind.
• Copyright and trademark infringement. Upload only photos you took or are licensed to use. Do not upload another person's photograph, artwork, or a stock or watermarked image without permission, and do not use the Service to reproduce logos, brand marks, trade dress, or protected characters you have no rights to, or to suggest a brand partnership that does not exist.

Separately from the content standards above, you agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without the rights or consent needed where you live.
• Use the Service for any other unlawful purpose, or to harass, stalk, defame, or extort anyone.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Bypass rate limits, safety filters, security controls, or other technical restrictions, including prompt wording chosen to evade the content standards, and automated or bulk generation we have not authorized.
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated outputs as a competing hairstyle service without our written permission.

Report anything that breaks these standards — a result someone has shared, a photo of you that another person uploaded, or an account you believe is abusing the Service — by emailing support@hairstylechargeai.com with "Content report" in the subject line. Tell us what you saw, where you saw it, and, if you have it, the image or the approximate time it was generated. You do not need an account to report something, and a report made in good faith is never held against you.

We acknowledge reports within 3 business days and tell you the outcome once the review is finished. Reports about your own likeness, about a deepfake, or about content involving a minor jump the queue and are reviewed the same day we see them. For a copyright or trademark complaint, use the same address and identify the work or mark, the material you want removed, and your contact details, and confirm you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

Moderation works in three layers. First, filtering at generation time: every request passes through the safety filters of the AI model and the platform that serves it, which refuse prompts and photos falling into the prohibited categories, so most violating requests fail before an image exists. Second, human review: our team reviews every report we receive, along with accounts we see repeatedly tripping the model's safety filters or flagged by a payment dispute or a legal request, and may open the uploads and results attached to that account for the purpose of the review. Third, enforcement: confirmed violations are handled under "Enforcement and content removal" below, up to immediate termination and a report to the authorities.

We do not routinely browse uploads that nobody has reported. Your photos stay private, and human review is triggered by one of the events named above — not by curiosity or by advertising. If a review leads to action against your account, you can appeal it under the enforcement section below.

The Service, including our branding, site design, software, and documentation, is owned by AI Hairstyle or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any of those rights to you.

Subject to these Terms, you may download and use the generated preview images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including showing a look to your stylist. If you want to use outputs commercially beyond personal marketing of your own image, contact us first.

We rely on third parties for hosting, AI image processing, and payment. Previews are generated by OpenAI GPT Image 2 (image editing), so your photo and style choices are sent to OpenAI and to the AI infrastructure provider that runs the model for us, in order to produce the result you asked for. Checkout is processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Their own terms, privacy policies, and content rules may also apply to your use of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that results will be accurate, flattering, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that uploads or results will never be lost.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI HAIRSTYLE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify AI Hairstyle against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

If we believe you have breached these Terms — in particular the content standards and prohibited conduct sections — or that your use of the Service is unlawful, creates legal risk, or harms other users or the Service itself, we may take one or more of the following steps, choosing what is proportionate to the problem:

We will normally warn you first and, where we reasonably can, tell you what prompted the action. We may act immediately and without prior notice where the content or conduct is illegal, involves sexual content of a minor, threatens someone's safety, or risks serious harm to other users, the Service, or us.

If you believe we acted in error, email support@hairstylechargeai.com within 30 days with "Appeal" in the subject line. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal, and we reply with the outcome. Where we agree we were wrong, we restore the content, the account, and any credits spent on it. Use the same address to report content or an account that breaches these Terms.

• Warn you, or ask you to stop the activity or take the content down.
• Remove, hide, or delete the uploads, generated results, or other content involved.
• Reduce, rate-limit, or pause your ability to generate.
• Suspend your account, temporarily or while we investigate.
• Terminate your account and refuse you further access to the Service.
• Report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it or where someone is at risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing support@hairstylechargeai.com. Closing your account cancels any active subscription from the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse generation capacity, create legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

If we suspend or terminate your account because you breached these Terms, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded. If we close your account for any other reason — for example, because we discontinue the Service — we will give you reasonable notice and a fair opportunity to use credits you have already bought.

After an account is closed, we delete or de-identify your uploads and generated results as described in our Privacy Policy. Limited copies may remain in backups or where we must keep them for security, abuse prevention, or the law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes may also be announced through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AI Hairstyle regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where AI Hairstyle principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
